Supporting Artists Across All Genres

Empire Music Agency maintains strict editorial standards. All submissions for The Agency Briefing, Empire Music Channel, or Radio Rotation are subject to internal A&R approval. We reserve the right to reject any content that does not align with our brand aesthetic or quality requirements.

While we provide high-level infrastructure and PR outreach, music is a subjective industry. Empire Music Agency does not guarantee specific streaming numbers, record deals, or viral success. We provide the tools and exposure; the market determines the results.

All fees for digital services, PR campaigns, and editorial features are non-refundable once work has commenced. For third-party transactions (Fiverr/Upwork), the refund policies of those platforms apply.

Empire Music Agency is not responsible for any third-party actions, including changes to streaming platform algorithms (Spotify/Apple Music) or social media policy updates that may affect campaign visibility.

You have the right to request access to the data we hold, ask for corrections, or request the deletion of your information from our active database at any time by contacting us directly.
